Preconditons To Change
03:30
|
|||
Preconditions to Change
if all that You required from me was time
then all the time would not allow this selfish heart of mine
to be broken, to be broken of my pride
and be open to the things that coincide to Your will; to Your will
if You had simply waited just for me to come around
eternity would not suffice my lifeless soul to sound
a plea for mercy, an utter mention of Your name
for I am restless and yet unable to proclaim Your worth; Your worth
what if all I thought was meant for nothing
was the very thing that You had used to cause my heart to break
and to replace it, to replace my heart of stone
and let’s face it, I’ve been saved by grace alone
You have not wasted a single moment of my pain
for I have tasted that in Christ, to die is gain
to die is gain

God, All Nature Sings Thy Glory
by David Clowney, music by Eric Graef
Verse 1
Am C G Am C G
God, all nature sings thy glory, and all thy works proclaim thy might;
Am C G Am C G
ordered vastness in the heavens, ordered course of day and night;
C G C Am
beauty in the changing seasons, beauty in the storming sea;
Am C G Am C G
all the changing moods of nature praise the changeless Trinity.
Verse 2
Am C G Am C G
Clearer still we see thy hand in man whom thou hast made for thee;
Am C G Am C G
ruler of creation's glory, image of thy majesty.
C G C Am
Music, art, the fruitful garden, all the labor of his days,
Am C G Am C G
are the calling of his Maker to the harvest feast of praise.
Bridge
Am C Am D
But our sins have spoiled thine image; nature, conscience only serve
Am C Am
as unceasing, grim reminders of the wrath which we deserve.
C G C D
Yet thy grace and saving mercy in thy Word of truth revealed
Am C Am
claim the praise of all who know thee, in the blood of Jesus sealed.
Verse 3
Am C G Am C G
God of glory, power, mercy, all creation praises thee;
Am C G Am C G
we, thy creatures, would adore thee now and through eternity.
C G C Am
Saved to magnify thy goodness, grant us strength to do thy will;
Am C G Am C G
with our acts as with our voices, thy commandments to fulfill.

Dialogue of Substance
05:50
|
|||
Dialogue of Substance
i’d rather hear you say that I’m wrong
than to say “it doesn’t matter.”
for the former forms his views by conviction
upon the backbone of the latter
but either way it goes
i know its not of me to say
but if I may propose
i do believe One knows the Truth that you are seeking (to flee from)
even though I can’t explain why you may never know
that apart from Him revealing
my words will have no meaning to you.
the reason you are failing to argue
and reciprocate the matter
is the same as those whose arguments falter
when the cracks begin to shatter
as fascination grows
please know its not of you to fray
and if we can’t expose there is someone who shows
the secrets you are fighting (to cling to)
even though you can’t explain why you have never known
that in spite of all your trying
there’s no use in denying the Truth
the truth is that the Truth is discovered
by the will of the Father
but the means by which His will is accomplished
is the foolishness you’ve heard
but as the story goes
you say “it’s not for us to play these games”
but vanity aside, all prejudice and pride
your heart of stone is beating in silence
even though you can’t explain how you may never know
that in light of all your crying
this conversations dying to change

I Know Whom I Have Believed by Daniel W. Whittle music by Eric Graef
I know not why God’s wondrous grace
To me He hath made known,
Nor why, unworthy, Christ in love
Redeemed me for His own.
I know not how this saving faith
to me He did impart,
Nor how believing in His Word
Wrought peace within my heart.
But I know Whom I’ve believed in
And am persuaded that He is able
To keep that which I’ve committed
till that day.
I know not how the Spirit moves,
Convincing men of sin,
Revealing Jesus through the Word,
Creating faith in Him.
I know not what of good or ill
May be reserved for me,
Of weary ways or golden days,
Before His face I see
But I know Whom I’ve believed in
And am persuaded that He is able
To keep that which I’ve committed
till that day.
I know not when my Lord may come,
At night or noonday fair,
Nor if I walk the vale with Him,
Or meet Him in the air.
But I know Whom I’ve believed in
And am persuaded that He is able
To keep that which I’ve committed
till that day.

Grace, Rich and Free
04:11
|
|||
Grace, Rich and Free
Grace, rich and free
pardon for sinners, restless for favor
Grace, came to me
purchased redemption, reserved for Your pleasure
my penalty was suffered on the cross
the wrath of God is satisfied, now freely I can walk
Your grace is amazing to me
to know the King of Glory came, is priceless
to know that I will one day see the face
of Him who saved me by His grace, rich and free
Grace; all my days
are numbered in mercy; to You alone be glory
Grace; how can it be
that You would come to rescue the ones who crucified You
how can it be that You would come to save
when I was still Your enemy, my life from death You raised
Your grace is amazing to me
to know the King of Glory came, is priceless
to know that I will one day see the face
of Him who saved me by His grace, rich and free
my life is but an offering of praise
forever singing songs about our God’s amazing grace
Your grace is amazing to me
to know the King of Glory came, is priceless
to know that I will one day see the face
of Him who saved me by His grace, rich and free

Preach To Yourself
05:57
|
|||
Preach To Yourself
Don’t waste your life thinking about tomorrow and how you’ll be fine by then.
Don’t waste your life wondering how the end will be for time is not your friend.
Even though seasons change, the time won’t take the pain away from the memory.
Though everybody’s hurting, you feel like you deserve to be the only to cry.
And even in your trial, you’re living in denial of the promises of God.
So where is your faith? And what about providence?
Remember the grace that first gave you confidence in the hope of His glory and not in your flesh. So, in light of the gospel, in the midst of this test, preach to yourself. Preach to yourself
Don’t waste your life trying to figure out the reasons why you can’t get out.
Don’t waste your life consumed by what you fear the most will leave you full of doubt.
Even when seasons change the promise will remain in spite of the tragedy.
Though everybody’s hurting, you still feel you deserve to be the only one to cry.
And even in your trial you’re living in denial of the promises of God
So where is your faith? And what about providence?
Remember the grace that first gave you confidence in the hope of His glory and not in your flesh. So, in light of the gospel, in the midst of this test, preach to yourself. Preach to yourself
You are not alone. He is here. He is here, and if our God is for us, who can be against us? He is faithful to the end.
No height, no depth, nor anything else, can separate us from His love.
So where is your faith? And what about providence?
Remember the grace that first gave you confidence in the hope of His glory and not in your flesh. So, in light of the gospel, in the midst of this test, preach to yourself. Preach to yourself

The Solution
04:13
|
|||
The Solution
There is a problem
when all around the people cry for peace,
and then turn a blind eye
and deny their own atrocities.
Who will fight for the defenseless?
Who has the right to determine life but God?
There is a problem
when what they call what God has said a lie.
Father, forgive us
in mercy turn to us and hear our cries.
We will fight for the defenseless.
You (God) have the right to determine life alone.
Jesus loves the little children of the world.
They are precious, every boy every girl.
All are fearfully and wonderfully made
in His image; they’ve been formed by His grace.
There is a problem
when all around are people perishing,
while we’re content with
filling pews of mediocrity.
Who will go and tell the nations?
How will they know of the Father’s love for us

Because of the Riches of His Love and Grace
Before there was time
Before there was time, for the Father’s delight
His Son was set aside
To be the Sacrifice
Now atonement was made and my heart’s been replaced
By His Spirit; I’m alive!
And now all my hope is found in the work of Christ
For what He accomplished is more than enough for me.
And now all my future’s bound to exalt His name
For redemption has come and Your grace has become my song.
Because of the riches of His love and grace – I have been crucified with Christ
I have become a reward of His suffering – I am alive to sing His praise
To the praise of His glory all my sins are washed away
Because of the riches of His love and grace
If this salvation were mine
Than I would still be inclined to think I’m doing just fine
Were it not for grace
But through His law I’ve been exposed
To show the idol of pride and be reminded that I
Have been saved by grace alone
And now all my hope is found in the work of Christ
For what He accomplished is more than enough for me.
And now all my future’s bound to exalt His name
For redemption has come and Your grace has become my song.
Because of the riches of His love and grace – I have been crucified with Christ
I have become a reward of His suffering – I am alive to sing His praise
To the praise of His glory all my sins are washed away
Because of the riches of His love and grace
Now all my hope is found in Him

Call Me Out
07:03
|
|||
Call Me Out
In my mind I got it all figured out
And when I add it all up together it makes picture perfect sense
But when I come back to my senses I’m past the fringe of ignorance
So please remind me; Lord call me out
Cause you are there and I’m naïve to think that you don’t care
Surround my doubts and calm my fears and grant me the grace to stand
For it’s by your hand that I am even in this circumstance
For You are the Lord when I’m in the tempest or when I’m standing on dry land.
Lord, please define me, and not the things that I'm convinced of.
For in You alone can I find a refuge from whatever comes my way.
But when I come to the point of turning to the things that are familiar,
Lord, please confine me. Lord, call me out.
Cause you are there and I’m naïve to think that you don’t care
Surround my doubts and calm my fears and grant me the grace to stand
For it’s by your hand that I am even in this circumstance
For You are the Lord when I’m in the tempest or when I’m standing on dry land.
So when I finally come to trust You for more than what my eyes can see,
is when I stop with the speculations, and You begin to say to me:
"Where were you when I formed the mountains?
Where were you when I split the seas?
Where were you? Where were you?
So tell me, if you have understanding
Of how I fashioned all the stars
Of how I spoke to the mighty waters that “you can only come this far.
So in the midst of your tribulation, when in your heart you find disdain, don't forget that your situation is from the hand that has ordained to show I'm not just the God who's taken but I am still the God who gives, that you would know that you are not forsaken, for your Redeemer lives."

No Other Fame
05:18
|
|||
No Other Fame But Yours
Lord, who am I that You are mindful of me?
Nothing compares to who You are.
You fashioned the stars, and still You are thinking of me!
No one compares to who You are.
Jesus, no other name but Jesus
You suffered the cross and freed us
For no other fame but Yours
You’re the treasure. The depths of Your love who can measure?
You lavish Your grace for Your pleasure
For no other fame but Yours
Lord, how can I put to words what You mean to me?
Nothing compares to who You are.
I fall on my knees because You alone are worthy.
No one compares to who You are.
Jesus, no other name but Jesus
You suffered the cross and freed us
For no other fame but Yours
You’re the treasure. The depths of Your love who can measure?
You lavish Your grace for Your pleasure
For no other fame but Yours
Nothing compares to the greatness of knowing
this marvelous grace in my life you're bestowing.
That I have been saved, for no other fame but Yours.
Now all of my days I will sing of Your favor
and all of my praise will declare to the Savior,
"what a wonderful love, for no other One, but..."
Jesus.

For Thine All Surpassing Glory
In Thy Word alone is for me
untold riches of Thy love
Yet the richest treasure from Thee
comes through Jesus’ precious blood
Grace alone saw our condition,
restless sinners; reconciled
not by might nor fond ambition.
Grace has met what Thou required!
True repentance Thou hast granted
Saints, no longer stand condemned
Faith to stand before Thee, righteous
freely given to defend
Object of all highest measure
once forsaken and despised.
Now Thy wrath and Thy good pleasure
Christ alone has satisfied!
For Thine all surpassing glory
all has come to pass in time
and from Thine eternal story
making all things praise Divine!
